She was and always be my silent hero, God rest her soul, last year she left this world when she was 97yrs young.
From here on I would advise you to educate yourself, lean all you can about herbs and how they contribute to your overall health and well being. There are many good books and pamphlets on the market, check with book stores, herbal shop and also this website is very informative.
